No Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This No Cancellation and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase and use of passes through the PayPass App ("App"). By purchasing a pass through our App, you agree to the terms stated in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchase.


  1. No Cancellation Policy

    All purchases of passes made through the PayPass App are final and non-cancelable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be undone or reversed for any reason.

    All passes purchased through the PayPass App are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any passes once the purchase is confirmed

      In the rare event of a technical error during the transaction process that results in an incorrect charge or duplicate purchase, please contact our customer support team immediately at PayPass Support. Our team will review the situation and determine if an exception can be made.

      If a pass is rendered unusable due to a verified and significant disruption in our services, we will assess the situation and may offer a resolution at our discretion. This resolution may include extending the validity of the pass or offering a replacement.
